1. We want to sit down for a consultation, how do we get started?
It's easy! Just call us at 734-934-1530 to set up a time. This is full time for us, so we are available 7 days a week, mornings, afternoons or evenings.
2. We see you have a couple different photographers that shoot for Jen Carroll Photography ... I'm confused.... who would be photographing our wedding?
We have three experienced, professional photojournalists available. You will know which of the three are available for your date when you email us. You will first talk with Jen to discuss details, then we will establish who will be covering your wedding. All photos on the site are random, so you've seen the work of all three girls, and you most likely didn't realize it! Meeting the photographer is greatly encouraged!
3. Hm, we'd like to view the profiles of the photographers before we sit down, can we?

4. Do you offer a second photographer?
Yes, we do! Although all of our packages come with one photographer, we do offer a second photojournalist for an hourly rate.
5. Do you offer albums?
Yes, we do! We will present the coffee table albums at our initial meeting so you can see for yourself. They're my favorite! Just like a book from the bookstore!
6. Do you offer an online album for your clients?
Yes, we do! Each client has a link to their wedding day photographs, storybook fashion, from beginning to end. There is also an easy ordering system in place for all of those out of town guests you may have.
7. Do you take VISA or MasterCard?
Yes, we do! As well as personal checks, money orders and/or cashier's checks. We also offer payment arrangements, which is helpful!
8. Great! We would love to book with Jen Carroll Photography, what's the next step?
That's great news! At our initial consultation, you will be given a contract to take home and fill out and to sign with the deposit of 50% of the total package cost, or book on the spot.
9. How will we order prints?
It's easy! After your wedding has been submitted to your web link, each photograph will have a unique ID number at the bottom of each photograph...If you purchased a package that includes all paper prints, then you will get every photograph as a 4x6. You decide which photograph you'd like as your 5x7's and 8x10's by making your selection and letting us know by calling or emailing! Other sizes available as well as merchandise!
10. Can we get both black and white and color? What about color spotting or touch-ups?
Yes! In our post processing stage on the big screen, we will work on the color and will convert some color to a classic black and white in some instances, touch-ups are
always included. This is included in every package at no extra cost.
11. I'm creeped out by the internet sometimes... can our online wedding album be password protected?
Absolutely! Not all weddings need to be password protected, but we certainly understand if you would like that! Password protection is upon request from the client.
